More public comment, with the intro that comments should be directed at individuals or make people feel at risk because of their public service.

This is what I meant yesterday when I said, it's a pity that #HICPAC members see the timer counting down instead of the public commenter.
(I assume that the screen in the room shows the same thing that the Zoom window on the Youtube broadcast shows.)
